Cottage renovation:

The landlord of this property simply didn't have the time needed to transform this run down end terrace cottage into an inhabitable and rentable property. It had a badly fitted spiral staircase and was in a pretty sad state. We spent three months on this renovation, which included removal of the spiral staircase in favour of a regular one, and had the property rented upon completion.

Terrace renovation:
Another complete renovation, which included replacing most rotted wooden floors. We basically gutted the inside and started again, reusing what we could to keep costs down. Again, this we secured a tenant before the project had finished. Another happy landlord.
