URGENT ISSUES:

If your problem is urgent then you can call 01522 569389 between 9.00am and 6.00pm, but please remember that most issues can be reported using the above form. We will action your issue as soon as we are able.

 

Please note that we are unavailable when the office is closed. If your issue is urgent then you could try the number on the front of your Welcome Pack, but please ensure that your issue is very urgent before calling as you maybe charged if the issue is included in the list below. We are unable to deal with most issues whilst closed, as contractors are also generally not working or are unable to purchase parts, so reporting issues using the form above is your best option.

 

EXAMPLES OF ISSUES WE ARE UNABLE TO ACTION WHILST CLOSED:

The following examples show issues we are not able to action with whilst closed: 

ISSUE EXAMPLE:      ACTION:    

Boiler breakdown:

  • Report via form above: (Even if were were able to send a plumber it's unlikely they could obtain spare parts until suppliers open so best use form above & we'll action asap.)
  • OR if your property has boiler cover (British Gas etc) then call them using the number on your Welcome Pack or their website.
   
Electrics tripped:
  • Follow the advice in your Welcome Pack, if issue persists then report using the form above.
   
Small water leaks:
  • Please turn off stop cock and report leak using form above.
   
Lost/Stolen keys:
  • You will need to use the spare keys if you have them, or call locksmith to gain access at your cost.
   
Smoke Alarm Battery:
  • If your smoke alarm is bleeping, simply change the back up battery.
